We are seeking a creative, energetic, and collaborative Lead Guide.

JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where self-direction is enhanced, independence is encouraged, and individuality is respected.

IDEAL CANDIDATES
• Montessori training preferred.
• Previous experience working in a Montessori classroom environment.
• Collaborative and willing to work within a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily during our school calendar and working during our primary camps/summer camps if needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

COMPENSATION
This is a full-time position.
The minimum salary is $32,000 - 10 month contract. (commensurate with education and experience).
We are seeking a Lead Guide for our Primary classroom , with immediate availability. Applicants must be in the process of completing their certification, or have a valid certification through AMS and/or AMI. Applicants must be able to meet the physical requirements of the classroom.
