Job Description::As a Primary Lead, your role would involve overseeing and facilitating the education and development of young children within a Montessori primary classroom.

1. Design and implement a Montessori-based curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the Montessori philosophy and principles. Create a prepared environment that fosters independence and self- directed learning.

2. Maintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environment. Guide students in their daily activities, providing individual and group lessons according to their developmental needs. Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere among the children.

3.Regularly observe and assess each child's progress, recording their achievements and challenges. Maintain accurate records and communicate with parent to provide updates on their child's development.

4.Provide guidance and support to facilitate their cognitive, emotional, and social growth.

5.Collaborate with other Montessori educators and staff to ensure a positive learning experience.
Participate in team meetings, Parent- teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.

6. Establish open and effective communication with parents or guardians. provide regular updates on their child's progress, discuss any concerns, and offer guidance on supporting their child's learning at home.

7. Maintain and organize Montessori, materials, ensuring they are in good condition and accessible to students, continuously explore and integrate new resources to enhance the learning environment.
