The Carolyn Barron Montessori School (CBMS), located in Newnan, Georgia 30 miles south of the Atlanta Airport, is seeking an exceptional candidate with Montessori training at the Toddler level for an opening in a new classroom. CBMS is a quaint and thriving Montessori school located in the historic downtown area of Newnan. Therefore, we are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative applicant who is not only experienced and serious about Montessori education, but also light-hearted and genuine in their approach! The Carolyn Barron Montessori School is an independent, non-profit, AMI-recognized school fully committed to Montessori practices and principles. The school is currently comprised of one toddler classroom, two primary classrooms, one lower elementary classroom (6-9), one upper elementary classroom (9-12), and a small, dynamic Adolescent program (12-14yrs). Draw upon classroom experience to tailor lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Qualifications
Montessori certification or experience
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
Proven track record in classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
Previous classroom experience demonstrating successful implementation of educational strategies
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Familiarity with Montessori principles and practices for early childhood education
