Job Description::

To invest in highly trained and highly qualified future educators, Montessori Academy in Brentwood, TN (just outside of Nashville, TN) is looking for motivated candidates to take MACTE and/or AMS primary /early childhood training at a Montessori Academy approved training center. The candidate will complete the training while gaining hands-on experience at Montessori Academy.

Sponsorship Amount: Full Coverage of Tuition Amount + Books and Material Making expenses.

Starting Date: Training to begin in Summer or Fall 2024

Employment Opportunity:

Support Staff/Assistant Position while training to gain experience. Transition to a guide position once a spot becomes available.

What the offer includes:

Full Training sponsorship if the candidate continues to work at Montessori Academy for 2 years and successfully completes the training.

A support staff position with full salary and benefits.

Discounted tuition for candidates with children.

Candidate has the potential option to pursue a Master’s in Education through the training program if offered through the program. The candidate is financially responsible for the Master’s program. However, it’s important to note that a Master’s degree offers a better paying position.

Training and Employment Requirements:

Native English Speaker or advanced English Language skills - required.

Acceptance into an approved training program – Required.

Experience in Education OR a passion for Montessori Education – required.

Full commitment to pursue the program, assignments, and requirements – required.

Completion and passing of training program within 3 calendar years – required.

U.S. Work Authorization or legally able to work in the U.S. - required.

Ability to travel to any on-site training block per the training requirements – required.

Take on a guide position once a spot becomes available – required.
